| - I've gone to this nail place for almost a year now, but this is the first time I was disappointed with my service. Usually when I come here, I request Tina. From my understanding she no longer works here. The first time I called for her they told me she was on vacation and the day after they told me she no longer works there... Which confused me a bit. So today I decided to do a walk in. It didn't take long for me to get to a seat, but the lady that did my nails was very rude and needs to learn how to treat her clients. First off, I was greeted by the man and he let me know where to sit. Then she just came up and sat in front of me and took my hand, no "hello". I let that go because I am mindful that a lot of them do not speak good English. The whole time she was doing my nails, she kept tugging them closer to her face without asking at all. She did that the whole entire time. When she was done with my manicure and was ready to paint them, she asked "what color?" I replied "I never got to see the colors so I don't know" and she laughed and got up to get them very rudely. That's what threw me off. I am a very patient person, but I was losing my patience with this lady. When she was painting my nails, she kept messing up which caused her to keep stopping after every nail to clean up the mess on my skin. On top of this bad service, the whole manicure lasted 1 hour and 30 minutes. This lady that walked in with me, got a mani/pedi and finished 20 minutes before me. With the amount of time she took, my nails aren't even opaque enough and is still very sheer. I am disappointed with my service here. Tina was the best nail technician here and this might have been the last time I will come here.
