  • I had been going for over a year on a regular basis. Reflexology reasonably priced and the majority of the therapist have been great. The owner (if that) who ever sits at the front has the absolute worst business acumen. The price point on a 90 minute massage or reflexology is actually more than for 60 minutes - ridiculous. No incentive for going longer than the hour. Clueless!! I was there this week, had reflexology with a new guy who was terrible. I was not at all happy with the massage. I explained this to the women at the front (assuming the owner) and she could have cared less. I paid for my massage and left a not great, but fair tip. She proceeded to open the envelope with the tip I had left and began to yell at me that I hadn't left enough of a tip. Does she not understand that tipping is based on the performance and service provided. Once again, CLUELESS. I noticed that others have complained of the same inappropriate behavior from this women. Her response to my tipping suggested to me that possibly these therapist work just for tip??? Possibly a call to BBB is in order. I will not be back!!
