  • We had our ceremony done at this location since it was conveniently located across from the courthouse. We were in a hurry and they was not busy. We opt out to get something done really quick and they was able to accommodate us, which was great. The pastor was really nice and we did leave him a nice tip since it was the holidays. Our wedding consultation advise us that we will get our certificate the next day since we paid to expedite it. It's been over 3 weeks and we didn't receive anything in the mail or a single phone call. They are bad in follow up with the customers and hold your license. This place needs to train their employees not to lie for other employees. Own your mistakes and just apologies. I think the only reason why they are in business is all about location. They have the business from the court room. They need to learn about customer services. There are many wedding chapels in Vegas and this is NOT one I would recommend.
