  • The Urban Lounge Las Vegas is a ton of fun! I've been here now twice and both for different events and enjoyed myself each time. The whole vibe of this place is really what I liked most because it's simply just chill. The fact that you can actually have hookah, drinks and live music is awesome! I'm at an age now where nightclubs are over rated and I'm more into settings just like this place offers. As far as the service goes, I would have to agree though with the majority on them tightening up on the customer service skills from the bar area. I haven't had anything too out of pocket but have noted kindly in the back of my head some things. Establishments like this need to stay around and within that identify some key areas of opportunities that will ensure your place of business stays open. Treat your customers like you actually care and providing exceptional service. Other than that, I'm here for it!
