Let me preface by saying that I love to read everyone else's experiences. I'm saddened for the people who haven't gotten a diagnosis and subsequent medical attention.
My review is two-fold. First, Dr Lott in otolaryngology is AMAZING. I had a tracheal resection. I developed complications and it was all handled in a timely manner. The nurses and the hospital nurse and nurses that came to my home were without reproach.
The ED can be chaotic, but they get the job done. The doctors band together to get the patients seen and needs addressed. I went in just before midnight and apparently 15 other people decided to join me. I don't recall the name of the doctor that came on early to help with my condition... but thank you.
These people do everything in their power to make you comfortable, to feel secure, and to manage your condition. Luckily, I've had very positive experiences with them.
