I booked an appointment for eyebrow shaping & tinting after reading so many good reviews about them, but left the place kinda disappointed.
The beautician asked me what kind of service I'm looking for & I told her I wanted to do eyebrow shaping & tinting so she went ahead with tinting first. After she started doing it on 1 side I asked her whether I really need to do tinting since I'm asian & my eyebrows are already black, how blacker/fuller could it be? Only then she told me that probably tinting won't make any difference but she will still tint the other side so my left & right eyebrows would be the same but won't charge me for tinting. Okay sounds good, but somehow at the end they still charged me
for tinting (?!) which I'm okay with cause partly it was my fault too and she did do the tinting. Maybe I should have asked but was hesitant to do so.
In general the beautician was nice & she asked me if I want to thread or wax my eyebrows, I went for waxing cause it's less painful. After that she proceeded with make up for my eyebrows, that's when I noticed that if I look separately at each side they were nice & thick, but they were of different shapes. My friend also noticed that, so it's not only me.
Not sure why I paid around $50 ($36 excluding taxes & tips) to get eyebrows of different shapes?!
