Bad to worse.
Always over staffed on the "welcome to Bank of America" floor, understaffed on tellers.
New redesign now moved the line back around the corner to basically put it out of mind of management, and out of view of us fools walking in who can't see the lines until we venture way in the back.
You know there's something wrong when you have to ask directions to the teller, then return to tell the greeters there's a long line and the tellers could use some help.
