  • Yes this lounge is very chill..but the service is awful. They do not keep up with your hookah or even talk to you like you're welcomed. My friends and I were asking a lady to check the hookah because it was not hitting good. She hit it herself and told us "it's working just fine" then gave us attitude. We had to say "excuse me" at least 10 times to get her attention. The hookah itself is not that grea. The worker BROKE the hose right in front of us and just walked away to get a new one without saying anything to us. No customer service and cheap hookah. I'm definitely now planning on coming back.
