  • This place was okay until I needed maintenance in my apartment. maintenance with the old management and the new management is horrible. They take weeks to come then claim they never received your maintenance request or blatantly lie and say that maintenance did in fact show up. You are better off calling a handyman and paying for something to be fixed properly. They hire anyone off the streets to be "maintenance men". Also the people here are absolutely disgusting. The dumpster always has trash all over the ground. There is a literal bag of feces on the grass in front of my apartment, as well as other trash that's been there for days. The neighbors leave their trash on their porches which attracts roaches. Yes roaches. I am extremely clean and I still find roaches every now and again in my unit. The people next to me and below me both leave trash on the porch when the dumpster is not even 2 minutes away. The roaches are not small either. They are HUGE not the kind you'd want to step on. The women in the leasing office are rude and ill informed. They tell information that is incorrect and are not held accountable for that. If you need help you need to go to the leasing office, they NEVER answer the phone. This place is a dump and they are raising the rent. For what? There are no new amenities. For nearly $1,400 for a 2 bedroom 2 bath you can move somewhere much better. My lease is up and I am so excited to be moving elsewhere. If you move here after reading this you've been warned.
