  • They are wonderful! Bring your car here! I just moved here from Chicago and I've been going to the same family-owned mechanic for years (YEARS) so i was nervous to find someone here. My car (a VW, just to complicate things) started making a really bad noise on Monday. I called Hansen's right before closing and they patiently talked to me about the problem. They told me to bring it in that night or in the morning and they'd take a look at it. They looked at it and gave me a fair estimate, then did it for less than the estimate AND fixed a tire that was in my trunk, put it back on my car, and put my spare back in my trunk without me asking and without any extra charge! When I came to pick up my car they were extremely friendly. They answered my questions and didn't try to rush me out even though I once again got there not long before closing. I will definitely be taking my car back to Hansen's and you should too!
