Yeah it was really odd today. I made an appointment online for an oil change and then I go in at my scheduled time and the guy said we don't do appointments for oil changes in a tone where I was stupid for asking. Mind you this is after I parked and had a really hard time even figuring out how to check in. I had a screenshot of my e-mail that said your appointment is scheduled for 9:40 AM on July 30th. What was really odd too was the how bad the customer service was. They don't really make you feel welcome when you first get there. When I talked to the service manager he was very nice and informative.
When I bought the car in November it was a great experience. So my conclusion is that Ed Bozarth Chevorlet has two different entities. The Sales side, which is amazing, and the Service side which needs some work.
Not discouraged from coming back, still a good place to go. Shout out to my salesman Gustavo!
