  • A very happy customer today! I went in last week to pick out frames - a friend has recommended how awesome this place is and now I totally agree. Walking in, you are warmly greeted and Doris was nice enough to take me under her wing and bring some styles I wanted to look at. I ended up in the 'nerdy' section because I wanted the plastic thick frames :) They are not pushy in here and they sit with you the whole time with their one customer - which is what I absolutely love. I hate it when people are flip flopping between 2-3 customers just to get a sale. Doris was very patient and so helpful - I can't give this girl enough praise! You have to give somewhat of a deposit and they are quick in making your glasses - roughly 2-3 days. I am so happy with the quality of my frames and the warm atmosphere they came from. I have to say chinese people always have the stylish things! I was really amazed with their unique selection and brand names. Not like boring lenscrafters. Totally worth the trip up here to see Ivans! I will go back when I'm itching for new frames again
