  • Terrible customer service. Actually, no service at all. Had been taking my dog here for over a year for services that include nail trim and it turns out they haven't been trimming as promised (see photo). Even mentioned and showed the long nails to them when I dropped off today and was still ignored. Final straw was when I booked a bath and brush with a face trim. Looks like they got my dog wet but didn't clean him at all. Eye crusties and dirty whiskers all over his face when I picked him up. No face trim at all. Also ignored request to not blow dry out his curls. Owner has refunded our money but the rest of their staff is untrustworthy and lacks any personality at all. If you want to get what you pay for, take your pup elsewhere.
