I take the blame on myself for booking a room with no cancellation and a charge on my wallet. Booking.com has a feature that allows you to contact hotel and tries i believed to come to an agreement if cancellation was made in advance. Or a call from the hotel management would call me back after numerous call within a 72hr before check in. No call back. Hotel even ran out of rooms the Friday of my check in and I asked if my room can be given away knowing prices have gone up. But no help on trying to fix that issue at call desk clerk on phone. Shame on these ppl that such an easy fix would help on both ends
