| - WANING, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!
The Main Point of this Review is do not get Fooled by Joe, Shannon, Bambi, & the rest of their team.
We Interviewed several realtors. We thought we did are due diligence. We told all of the realtors what was important to us. We then saw Joe come in and acted a notch above all of the realtors and acted like he cared, We thought we will go with our guts and go with him.
But....
as soon as we signed the contract, He and his Team did a complete 180 & treated us like 2nd class citizens. They did a horrible job on the photos, so we had to put our foot down to get them redone. None of the Websites that our Home were listed were inconsistent with each other & we had to push to get that corrected. Communication was huge to us, so we said anytime your team needed to contact us, email, text or call us both, 90% of the time they contacted one of us & not the other. They kept on goofing it up. Joe said, they were all about communication and anytime we needed to talk to them, they would contact us within the hour. Not True! Many Times, we would try to contact them, I would always get a Text saying he was in a meeting. I would call the office and said he was busy. After a few days, we would find out, He was gone for 10 Days at a Conference. Same with his Wife, Shannon, tried to get a hold of her, she was gone and she was at a 10 days conference for something else. It was like pulling teeth trying to get a hold of them!
We caught Joe lying to us several times! He said he brought a team of 6 Realtors Into our Home. We told them anytime, anybody who goes into our house, they need to contact us and he never contacted us. Biggest reason why they needed to contact us, we have 2 Golden Retrievers that do not trust people coming into our Home. What if something happened? Why would Joe put himself or those other Realtors in that situation?
Most Importantly, we set a number for our home to be sold at, Joe said it was too high, we held firm, & got $5,000 from that number selling our home. It's a Great Thing we held strong for our number and we got it. Anytime the Buyers gave us an offer, they said we should accept it. It was like they were representing the buyers and not us the Sellers!
We all agreed upon 5.5% Realtor Fee, then they sneakily added a $495 Fee On top of that without being explained about it. As we were at closing, the Title Company called it a BS Number & we were getting screwed by Joe & Shannon. They said they made it up just to get the extra $495 out of us. In fact, they never showed up to the closing or Thanked Us for Anything!
They also wanted us to pay for this Home Warranty for $395 for the Buyers. Shannon put the Guilt Trip on us, but I didn't buy the BS she was selling. They we're getting mad at us for not doing this. I then asked are you Representing us or them? Of Course, they were like we are Representing you. I told them that their actions weren't.
After this whole Experience, I want to take a shower after how Slimy these people are. These people give Realtors a Bad Name!
I Hope this Helps your decision on finding a Realtor! Please don't choose these people, you will regret it!
All these people want is for you to sign a contract with them and get a cut from your sell of your house, all of the Rest like could care less.
For Example, let's say there is a $15,000 price difference in selling your home. You would lose $14,500 and Joe would only $500. So the more they sell, the more they can make up for it. So why would they care or put the extra effort in to it.
It got really bad at times that we thought about going to the state and the realty association, we never did, but it got to that point.
Please don't go with them, You will Regret It!
