After going into the facility and some follow up I was given a refund due to the fact that I am now moving out of state. Thank you Danielle- and the GM- for helping to get this straight.
They've had some personnel changes since opening and they're still working out the kinks- I get it. My advice is to make sure to call if you need rescheduling (or special accommodations) and speak with a manager.
I would have loved to do the Dolphin Trainer Experience. This would have been a great tool to have under my belt as I'm now in a Biology program and looking into joining a sea life conservation program. Maybe one day if I'm back in the Valley I will try again.
Other than that the facility seemed pretty neat just from the foyer and you could see the dolphins through the glass and they were having so much fun playing and interacting. Good luck!
