  • I was a member for more of 1 year, i think the company is really good but Scottsdale-Thomas is the worst, they never keep their staff, poor reservation system and the manager is Never on site. I scheduled an appoitment with my last facial Esthetician forgot her-his name.. Gay guy. Wonderfull by the way... And when arrive they told me Chase was not working there anymore, Is not first time it happens i asked for the manager no in site... They told me they will not charge ( use one of my credits) and I agree to probably come back later... left and Decided to call franchise in Scottsdale Indian Bend and I asked for the best person in facials. And they give me the service. When i check out told me Thomas Franchise did charge me!!! I got so mad offended, i don't mind to pay if is my fault, you lost me Envy massage.. I will not recommend u any more.. You will lose more customers. DO NOT GO TO THE THOMAS !!!LOCATION YOU WILL REGRET IT!!
