  • We have been using a mobile grooming service for our two older dogs for several years now. However, when we adopted a new puppy into our home and tried to get him groomed with our regular stylist, it did not go well. The search for an understanding groomer was on! It didn't take long to find Arizona's Pet Stylist as they already had one of the best ratings in the Gilbert, AZ area (where I was looking), so I bit the bullet and gave them a call. I left a message but my message was promptly returned. I explained that my 5.5 month old pup had a bad experience with our normal groomer and I explained the entire story. The gal was understanding and allayed my fears by saying it was pretty typical behavior that he exhibited before. I set the appointment and accepted the highly recommended stylist: Hailey. My appointment time was between 4:30-5:30 but Hailey called earlier and said she was about 15 minutes away. Perfect - I love courtesy calls!! Hailey arrived within the time she stated and she came in and met our pup and immediately I knew this would work out. Hailey was very loving and hands-on, just like a old friend! She took her time but the outcome was amazing!! Our pup looks fantastic and Hailey had nothing but praise. I don't write reviews often, but if I could recommend a grooming company to anyone in the East Valley, I would HIGHLY recommend Arizona's Pet Stylist. I look forward to many more years using their service, and I have no fears that they'll handle our older pup (13 years old) just as well!! Honestly, I could not recommend Arizona's Pet Stylist any more highly!
