  • All I have to say is they need to learn customer service...The driver that came out was so rude I can't believe they even would hire someone with that kind of attitude...As I was receiving my food the driver says to me "Don't call for delivery if you are not going to tip..get pick up" First of all, I order from Ephesus quite a lot so for the driver to feel some sort of entitlement for a tip is beyond me granted he was going to get one I just wanted to get my food first but because of that he got nothing..and thats exactly how you lose customers. I will tell you one thing, tips aren't MANDATORY. This is the job you chose and you know what kind of pay it comes with, I have no problem giving tips to people who deserve them but not someone of that demeanor...You lost a customer as my family was a big fan of the food but with that being said I would never recommend this place to anyone and if anyone asks, Don't go here. The food can be amazing but that dosen't make up for terrible customer service.
