  • ABSOLUTELY professional and AMAZING customer service. Rom knows exactly what he is doing. We have been waiting to get our fridge fixed for a long time by someone who knows what they're doing and as soon as Rom showed up, he knew exactly what it needed. He got the job done fast and efficient all while connecting with us the whole time. This is an honest company that takes you step by step and explains the problem rather then tries to rip you off and tries to get paid. Thank you so much for saving us! Now I don't have to go grocery shopping everyday for dinner. Salamat! Hopefully nothing else breaks but you definitely have a customer for life if it does. Lol
