  • Very disappointing. My family rarely eats fast food, but a couple of times a year I will take my son to a fast food place as a treat. We went through the drive thru and it took about 40 minutes. I live around the corner. We got home and his burger was cold, not even luke warm and the meat was very stiff and stale. The fries were also cold and very cold. We were not given even one napkin.
