Great interesting menu, beautifully executed dishes. Ordered the dinner for two, with "Island" special roll and seafood udon. We had to wait a little bit for the sushi/sashimi, but the wait was well worth it! Chefs were crafting non-stop, the restaurant was busy, not a single free table throughout our stay.
All ingredients were fresh, and this is very important for a sushi restaurant.
We will definitely be returning to try more, loved their spin on sushi rolls!
