  • Poor customer service. Went in simply to get the mailbox keys to the new house that I moved into and had to wait in line for 2 hours just to tell me that they didn't have it. I recommend going to other available post offices. The lines here are ridiculous they should hire more staff. 2nd day here in a role. Even 30 mins before opening there's already a line. You can hear the employees joking about the line and I heard a staff say jokingly to each other "can I help you?..if not can you leave" ...unbelievable. Staff needs reevaluation.
