  • This is what pizza is supposed to be. Thick, chewy, substantial, no-nonsense, DELICIOUS. The Platonic ideal. They have a thin-crust pizza but honestly I've never bothered, nor has anyone else I know. I'm not sure what the point would be. They lack one star because every so often the bottom of the crust is burned horribly. Sad!!
