| - Superb service, great car!
I arrived early to pick up my minivan, at about 9:30 am, and waited patiently for my turn in a short line. From the beginning, the customer service agent, Jessi, was polite and efficient. However, after filling out the paperwork, I found that my wait was longer than usual. Jessi explained that the minivan had to be brought from the other Enterprise location at Toronto airport and that for my long wait, I would be comped the prepaid tank of gas.
While waiting all that time, I noticed that there was a sudden influx of other customers. I was able to see how Jessi treated the other customers with the same respect and courtesy with which she treated me. Even though things became quite hectic [including 1 or 2 difficult customers], she was able to create an atmosphere of calm and efficiency. When my minivan arrived, I found it to be clean and in excellent condition.
I want to commend Jessi for her superb customer service and to make sure she is recognized for the excellent work she is doing. Overall, I was extremely pleased with my experience, including driving the Dodge Grand Caravan minivan, which was smooth and without any problems whatsoever. Thank you, Enterprise!
