I couldn't believe the service I received from here. When I leased the camery 4 years ago , the sales was very professional and had a great service.
I called the lease manager Hany and the service from him was way below par. I visited him last week and he said he had a appointment and gave me his business card and asked me to call him back to make arrangement. I email him about the detail and wondering that if he can make suggestion whether I should buy out or lease another one. After 5 days, he hasn't got back to me even though I left message. So I called the dealer and The receptionist said the best option is to leave msg but the mail box was full. She kept saying there is nothing she can do. What a terrible customer services. Dummy 101 will tell you be solution orientated. Finally educating her what the customer service is all about. She got Hany on line for me. Hany was very rude and he did not even apologize that he hasn't got back to me both email and phone call. I am trying to find out how to buy out my car. He gave me a figure impatiently. I asked him what I should put the title to? He said he got a sale going on and wouldn't give me the detail. I said I gave you 5 days already. I am not waiting anymore. My guess is that I am not a valid customer after owning 4 Toyota in my family. I would not buy it again in my life with this kind of services.
