Reserved a car for pickup and they ran out of all cars except luxury cars so they had me call a different branch to pick up a car. That branch said they would hold the one car for me so I got dropped off at the other branch and then they said I would have to pay extra. Was annoyed that they wasted my time and got dropped off at the original branch. An employee overheard what was going on (me getting shuffled back and forth for 2 hours) and said there was a car available. I ended up being late for my appointment and had to reschedule. I called Enterprise since the drop off was an hour earlier than when I picked up the car and they said that they close at 4 and that I would be charged an extra day if I dropped it off at 5. They suck and they know it and don't care. I'm switching back to Hertz.
