  • We ordered a set of wheels and tires from this store a couple of weeks ago. The tires came in before the wheels, but they did not confirm the size upon arrival. As a result, when the wheels came in, we scheduled an appointment to have them installed. When I showed up for the installation, Frank, the manager, informed me of the mistake. He graciously offered to put a pair of tires they had in stock (mismatched set) on the rear wheels until the correct tires arrived. Had we not had plans to attend a car show that afternoon, we would have just rescheduled, but we took him up on his offer. Instead of making excuses, Frank and his team made it right. The correct tires were in the following week, and now we are happy as can be. It is clear they take their customer service very seriously.
