rev:text	I spent almost two hours describing how I wanted my cake and they made a cake that looks like a child stuck some paper on the cake with words and a couple Elephants and called it a day ! And they tried charging me 175 for it , they are insane ! The cake looks like a cake from an inexperienced person trying to learn the ropes of baking and decor . I have nothing nice to say to these people after the time I spent there and how rudely they treated me ! They ruined my babyshower and didn't even apologize or tried to make things right . They are an embarrassment , no customer service and no type of structure there ! The manager there was so rude and didn't offer no compensation after driving 35 min out to give them back their cake since they couldn't do anything for me .. Had me miss my babyshower and wasted my time trying to talk to this guy here . He is rude and disrespectful ! They didn't even offer to make things right even after I kindly asked for another cake they already had made! They are rude and have no empathy . I ended up going to another bakery who kindly offered me a cake and quickly added some detail to it to compensate me for Vegas Bakery mistake ! The OTHER bakery even offered a discount. .. This place not only ruined my day, gave me a headache , had me stressed and crying ! They are rude and mean ! All the guy could say was well I don't have your imagination .. Like what ? Aren't you guys doing this as a profession ? If anything your vision should be way better than mine ! Completely unprofessional ! They didn't even take the time or made an effort to make the cake look nice ! This place is a joke and will never return here ever again ! Thank you for ruining my babyshower !
