Typically I would rate this place 5 stars as I have been a loyal customer for three years. However, over my past few visits the customer service has continuously declined. Today was the final straw. I showed up for my SNS appointment I made a week ago for 10am with Steven (the owner) and to my dismay was told he was not coming in today. I called yesterday to confirm the appointment and it was confirmed. I received no call in advance this morning that he would be here. No discount offered. Was told his wife would be doing my nails and was okay with that since she had done them once before and did an alright job, but then she just said she couldn't because she had an appointment and offered another employee to do them. When I asked how frequently she does SNS she said this would be her first. Found the owners wife's behavior to be a bit peculiar considering there was no effort in honoring my appointment. I tip 30% every time I come in (2 times a month). This place has zero customer service, especially when it comes to their long term loyal customers. I've never been so disappointed in a business before. If you are looking for a home where you can continuously bring your business and trust for your nails, keep looking because it is NOT here.
