| - Wow. This is the worst "customer service" I have had in my life. Cecilia is not only rude, strand offish, and panic-stricken, but she doesn't seem to know what she is doing. We made a booking online. The booking says "no need to call in advance to confirm. Your booking is fully confirmed at this time" yet when we show up she says that they don't have a car.
By the way she is shouting this at us in front of everyone, very embarrassing and totally unprofessional. She couldn't give us the time of day.
On top of it, the guests in front of us, who had a booking, and showed up on time, were made to wait because she was idly chatting and talking story with the customer ahead of them for 30+ minutes. So by the time it was their turn they were considered late. UNREAL!
Again she shouted this information out to the whole line of people, embarrassing the couple as well as us, and was so rude to them I cannot believe it. I don't know how this woman got hired in a customer service career, but she should consider something more suited to her skill set, if she even has one.
It was one thing when she treated us like hell, but to see her demean and humiliate a sweet older couple just because of her own incompetence, that took it past a line. I will not stand to see nice people get treated like garbage.
Cecilia is the meanest person I have ever dealt with in a professional setting.
I highly recommend not going here. Ever. Ever ever ever. Seriously.
