  • I love my Lowe's at Higley Rd! I never have to search for help. There are so many awesome people working at this Lowe's. Yesterday my hubby and I found offset red outdoor umbrella and we were really excited since it was on sale for like $290. We were looking for offset RED umbrella for over 2 months and found one at Albertson for $199. Luckily they didn't have red and also it was smaller and cheaply made of plastic. Anyway Tom helped us and he even got the cart and put the umbrella and told us we need sands, since we are still shopping he'll get the sands and have everything at the front so we can check out anytime easily. When we got to the front there it was five bags of sands and umbrella. Every time we go there we always find one person who'll help us with amazing customer service. Also when we were about to put our stuff in our car another employee who was pushing cart came over and asked if he can help and we welcomed it since I can't lift 50lbs of sands and 60lbs of cements and 80lbs of Umbrella. Keep up the great work everyone.
