  • I have been with Mobilicity for about a year now and when I first signed on with Mobilicity I got a plan for $35/month that included unlimited province wide talk, caller ID and call waiting and forwarding, voicemail and unlimited North American texting and unlimted basic data (6 gb/month). I also enrolled for prepay for one year and that reduced my monthly bill by $10 per month. Pros: 1. Pretty cheap plan compared to Rogers and Bell, dirt cheap if your looking for a basic phone plan and still cheaper than Rogers and Bell when you include data, pretty comparable to Wind mobile plans. 2. Ongoing specials, be on the look out for specials for prepaying your bill in advance. 3. Pretty decent phone reception, great zone coverage if your primarily using it for the city of Toronto. Cons: 1. As I mentioned before the coverage is great if your in Toronto, even in Scarborough, Markham or Oakville because they have towers in these areas but once you go to places like Caledon or even upper Vaughan (Canada's Wonderland) the coverage is pretty poor. 2. Also when your using your data plan, the surfing speed is decent but slower than the plans you would get with Rogers or Bell but keep in mind it's slightly cheaper. All in all if your looking for a basic cheap phone plan and you are using your phone primarily in the city of Toronto, Mobilicity is a great deal but if you want expanded coverage and faster surfing speeds you might want to look into other providers.
