  • I hired Phase electric to mount my TV and install my surround sound. I had already obtained one quote and the other company told me it wasn't possible to install my in ceiling speakers but Phase Electric had no problem. Joe and John showed up promptly at 7:30am as scheduled, that impressed me. They immediately got to work and completed the job timely. They did an outstanding job, I was so impressed with their work. They were efficient, kept a clean work area, courteous and informative. They even returned the following day when I had trouble remembering how to operate my receiver, now that defines customer service. I plan on using Joe and John for some more work that I need done as they were very informative about all the electrical services they offered. I was also impressed to receive a follow up call from the owner Joseph the next day to find out how my experience was, that is just not something that you experience with most companies these days so it is refreshing to know there are still companies like Phase electric that take pride in their work and customer satisfaction. I would highly recommend using phase electric.
