Didn't really feel the welcome upon entering, only 2 workers working. I told them that I had an appt as they looked at me while entering but never once ask me to pick out a color. I had to wait 25 minutes in the pedi chair even with an appointment. No one thanked me for waiting. I think the owner arrived and she was very friendly (started the massage on the chair for me).
My pedi was good but not great (could have done a better job with removing callous/ dead skin...just wasn't thorough enough. Also, even if it was a basic pedi, the massage portion was short lived as compared to other basic pedi I've experienced.
Very disappointed with regular mani which was done by another lady at the same time as my pedi. The surface and polish appeared uneven, especially by the cuticle area. It just didn't have that smooth and flawless appeal of a fresh mani. I asked her if she had buffed the top of my nails before painting because it seemed uneven. she got defensive and made it clear to me that she did and that she was going to paint a top coat on it which made no difference in the end.
Before painting, she never offered to take payment in advance which caused a little dent from reaching into my purse.
At check out, I told her to add 15% gratuity but she put $15.00 as her tip. She did not speak English well and it caused a lot of frustration.
I wanted to try this place since it was open late on Sundays but I won't be back.
