  • Only take your car here if your insurance offers unlimited rental days. I had a fender bender, my bumper and grill were cracked and the front edge of my hood bent in a bit and my car was there over a month. Every time we called, they extended the completion date. My rental was set to run out in a few days with my insurance and the completion date was extended to beyond my rental cutoff date. When I went to go pick up my car they handed me keys that weren't mine and started going over a car that wasn't mine. When I told them which car was mine they said it wasn't ready yet(I was never informed). They decided they would deliver my car to my work and they never collected the $30 or $40 they said I would owe them, and they also paid for the extension of my rental car. They ended everything "patched up" with me so to speak(reason for 2 star rating), but the repair could have been better. The grill on my car sat back farther than the hood so you could tell something had happened. I cant say I would return.
