  • I used to love going to this dealer the first few times I took my car in for service. The service people were very pleasant and they did a great job with my car. They past two times, so within the last 8 months I would say, I have been very dissatisfied with the service that I have received. I have had to call back each time that I have left there b/c neither time did they complete the services that they charged me for. So, yes they do good work IF they do the work. It is so aggravating when I ask for something to be done and they still won't do it. I have asked them to do a specific service at least four times and they won't do it. I don't care what you think it should be like, it's my car. You should do it the way that I want it done. Also, don't call or chat and try to get someone to call you back with a quote for anything, because they absolutely will not call you back. I have been waiting for 2-3 weeks now for the price of a part and installation from the body shop and still haven't received a call. I have also had the same type of experience with service in the past when I called to ask a price and they would say they were busy and would call back, but never did. This place was awesome when it first opened to get your car serviced. However, now I very seriously doubt I will be going back. I have had crappy experiences with them now. Another Hendricks location has tried to screw my mom out of money when she purchased a car from them, by not wanting to honor the warranty and doing what they said they would do when she purchased the car. So, I am over the Hendrick name. I will drive an hour or two out of my way to get my car serviced somewhere else if I have to from now on. However, they will not get my business anymore.
