  • I was really in the mood to buy a new Jeep and went to Superstition, the forever warranty drew me in. About a year ago, my Jeep was involved in an accident and incorrectly coded on CARFAX as totaled, when it was repaired. The salesperson and his "boss" told me an incorrect CARFAX report could not be fixed and I should get rid of my Jeep, at a substantial loss. They really pressured me. I'm not that stupid so I walked away. I contacted CARFAX who over the next few days sent me 6 e-mails and 5 days later, my report was fixed and no longer shows it as totaled. I will never go to Superstition and I will make sure my friends/famiiy don't either. They are high pressured, unscrupulous sales people
