Buyer beware!! Don't buy from eSurranty. The customer service is the worst I have ever dealt with. My claim is now into week 6, and I don't see anything getting resolved any time soon. I'm at the stage where I would just like my money back so I can walk into apple and get a phone in 5 minutes, rather than waiting 5 months for eSurranty to decide to honor what I have PAID FOR. Literally, the WORST company...
