  • So disappointed!!! Made appointments for myself, my sister and my mom to get manis & pedis before my wedding. I was expecting a really great experience but it was just the opposite. The employees were extremely unprofessional and when I asked for a gel pedicure the lady who was doing my nails said she wasn't going to do that because she "didn't want to." She didn't paint the sides of my nails or even close to the cuticle despite me asking several times if she could fill them in more. My nails looked so terrible that I had to run out to get them re-done at a different place the morning of my wedding. My sister & mom had equally terrible quality and my sister's started to peel as soon as we left. You would think that for $100/person the service and quality would have been top notch. I would have been better off going to the mall and getting my hands & feet done for $40! We will never return.
