  • So continuing my Escape saga, I ended up at this dealer while we had a few days in Madison. Ron in the body shop said he would tale a look at my latch problem. When we asked if there was a restaurant close by, he handed us some demo keys. Nice! When returned Ron gave us the news - we needed a latch and an adjuster thing and it was warrantied. He ordered the part and promised to call as soon as it came in. While we waited, we asked a salesman if we could see a Fiesta. We were very clear the we were not buying today. He was gracious and showed us the car. Everyone here was very nice and I'll follow up with a review on the work when it is done. Okay - work done. Ron called me the next morning and said my part was in and if I could arrive by noon, it would only take him 15 minutes to install. I called the switchboard and asked if I could schedule an oil change. The woman said tomorrow was the soonest they could fit me in so I stopped in person. The service manager said he would fit me in. Between my repair and the oil change (kind of pricey at $38) I was there less than an hour. These guys really took care of me and I'm sorry they are hundreds of miles from my home!
