  • Beware of this dishonest outfit Had a retractable screen door installed about three weeks ago by these guys through Home Depot. About 4 days later the screen turned in on itself at the bottom by the canister. Called three times and sent an email but no response. Went to Home Depot and got them to get Kraft to come out. They came and untangled the screen but a hole had developed in the meantime. The screen is out of shape and has a hole. All this after four days of use. Tough luck they say. $500 down the drain.
