EMAIL TO SOUTHWEST DETAILING WORST EXPERIENCE EVER: STAY AWAY
To whom it may concern, I have never had such a horid experience with your airline and have already wrote multiple reviews elsewhere detailing the flaws in your airlines service. My group and I arrived to the gate an hour early and proceeded to line up when it was time to board. We were line numbers 36-39 and waited until everyone in front of us walked onto the plan. Then we walked up to NATHAN who was the rudest minimum wage ticket beeper I have ever met. As we walked up to him he immediately said "back up and wait your turn, you are not allowed on the plane yet" in the most snappy attitude I've ever seen from someone that worked at an airport. He said this even though there was nobody in front of us. So we stepped back and my pregnant girlfriend made a comment to one of our other friends saying "that was really rude, I've never been treated like that before". NATHAN overheard the comment and chimed in saying "Well that is SOUTHWEST policy and if you've never been treated like that before then I'm going to call all the SOUTHWESTS and make sure you're treated the same way". That kind of irritated me so I said "Sir I don't know what your issue is, all we are saying is we have never had service like this before" NATHAN then said "Sir according to FAA regulations you cant bring vodka on the plane". I was drinking a cup of WATER from WENDYS. Next NATHAN said "Will the 4 of you please step to the side I'm going to have security meet with you for INTOXICATION". RIDICULOUS we hadn't had any alcohol that day and to TOP IT OFF he lied to security and said we were drinking in the gate! What BULLSHIT. FINALLY 2 SECURITY members came and agreed we were NOT intoxicated whatsoever and tried to argue with NATHAN to let us on the plane. He walked away into the plane and the plane LEFT! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE SECURITY FELT BAD FOR US AND GAVE US $20 FOR THE AWFUL EXPERIENCE. WE WERE STUCK IN LAS VEGAS FOR 9 HOURS WITH NO COMPENSATION FOR THE RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL AND VULGAR BEHAVIOR FROM YOUR EMPLOYEE. I WILL NEVER FLY WITH YOUR AIRLINE AGAIN AND I WILL BE WRITING REVIEWS ON EVERY POSSIBLE SITE KNOWN TO MAKE SURE THIS DOESN'T HAPPEN TO ANYONE ELSE. COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE.
