  • Pretty solid rental company. Yes, it's true you do pay a bit of a premium for some of the services they provide, but I find it worth it. I haven't had to badger them constantly for repairs, etc., and they maintain the units well. Most of their places also have underground parking, which is a must while living in Madison. If you're moving here and don't have a ton of time to search Madison looking for a place, just call them up as something will probably be free.
