  • Wish I could give zero star. I had an awful experience here. I usually don't give bad reviews but I felt I should write what I went through. It was my first time and the moment I step in there was no body at the cash counter. The lady who was sitting at one of the manicure counters asked me to get a nail polish without even asking me what I wanted to get done. Anyways.. I get the nail polish and keep it on the cash counter as I was not sure what I was supposed to do with it. Then they send me to another lady to get my manicure done. She hands me a card and I chose one of 30$ manicure. Then she asks me the nail polish. I said I don't have it. The counter lady says I saw you taking it with you to the chair. I said I kept it on the counter because you asked me to sign in. It was my first time and she kept saying I saw you take it to the chair! OMG!!! It was horrible I wouldn't take a 30$ manicure just to steal your 1$ cheap nail polish! The service was bad. The lady was lazy and had zero interest in anything at all. My advice- believe the bad reviews here. They are always busy and act as if they don't need you. Plenty of awesome places around with friendly service and who would be happy to have you.
