  • Back to 1 star. My last conversation with the manager of Big Two was where he said "I'll get proof to you that the machine the stamps out the Toyota Highlander was broken ASAP..." Never happened. I've yet to hear back regarding my requests for such proof, still waiting. Oh well, I got a great Highlander from AutoNation Tempe & the customer service has been great!
