Athabasca U specializes in correspondence learning which is great if you're looking to do courses while you have a full time job. They have tutors that email or call back and forth with you and have offices in both Edmonton and Calgary at which you can write your exams and get a hold of university staff. The prices are in line with other colleges and the programs are accredited so that you get value for your tuition expense. They're not quite progressive enough to move their curricula online but they do use online assignment submission and such so you can cut down on postal time which can be a pain in correspondence learning.
