  • Office Staff - "0" stars Dr. Simone -- INFINITY STARS -- I love love love Dr. Simone, she is the ONLY reason I keep going back here! Now for the review: I am shocked, well, sort of, at these nasty reviews. But then again, the majority of them are against the staff, not the Dr.s. I have been going here for probably 7 years or more, I honestly cannot remember, and I have seen Dr. Simone and I have not ONE negative thing to say about her, she ROCKS!! She is awesome! I just freakin' love her.....but, the staff, meh, not so much! There was one girl there a long time ago, who used to answer the phone and book appointments, I want to say her name was Shayla, or something similar, she was awesome too, but sadly she left a few years ago. Since then, the staff have all gone down hill, major big time! When they did get that new office manager, I want to say her name is Michelle, I read it in a review, I spoke to her and man she was NASTY, I mean down right mean! So I just called there to have Dr. Simone's NP call over a refill for my prescription, I can't find the bottle or I would do it myself. Anyway, so I called and the girl who answered the phone said Dr. Simones "medical assistant" is not in the office today but I can transfer you to her and you can tell her...OR ..... SHE could have just relayed the info??? Duh! Of course when transferred I get voicemail, I just hung up, this chick was such an airhead, I said what's the difference, if I call her or you do? It would have been much easier for someone IN the office to call in the prescription! Ugh. I hate the staff here, but I seriously only go here 'maybe' 1 time every 2 years, so I put up with them.
