  • Booked to pick up a car at 7 am and didn't get help until 7:15 am even if I was the only customer there cause they were still setting up for the day. Thats not so bad, but the worst is when you booked a car thats meant to fit 8 people but get there to be told that it actually only fits 7 and we'd have to pay $75 more to get an upgrade. Would avoid them next time.
