  • Most unique restaurant in Charlotte! I came here last night and had an excellent experience. There is a long wait but we used the app the staff recommended and overall the experience was worth it. Great service from the moment we walked into the building. We had the tuna tacos, a mixed vegetable salad, watermelon pork belly tacos, bone marrow, lamb lollipops, and the cupcake. We witnessed a family waiting next to us react very rudely to the staff over waiting a long time for their table... . I think the trick to this place is to put your name on the wait list and go explore other places like the new brewery Resident Culture. We will return again like always because we are never disappointed by Soul Gastrolounge!
